Pottery Workshop Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to potterygirl! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have put some terms and conditions in place to keep everyone happy!

1. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the workshop.

Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to the start of your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

No-shows or missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by phone or email.

3. Kiln Firing Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure your pottery pieces are handled with care, the kiln firing process can sometimes cause cracking, warping, or breakage.

By participating in the workshop, you acknowledge and accept that there is a risk that your piece may not survive the kiln. Refunds or re-fires will not be offered in these cases.

4. Studio Etiquette and Damage Policy

Please treat all tools, equipment, and studio materials with care.

If a participant **intentionally or negligently damages any tools, equipment, or property, they will be financially responsible for repair or replacement.

5. Health and Safety

All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the instructor.

but please wear clothing suitable for a hands-on, potentially messy activity.

6. Photography and Media

We may take photos during classes for promotional use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of your session.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in the workshop, you agree to release pottery girl and its staff from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the session, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By booking and attending a workshop, you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
