Hi I’m Kate! I’ve been making pottery for 7 years now and I first fell in love with pottery in high school. I was lucky enough to have an art teacher who was also obsessed with Pottery! I even used to take clay home in the school holidays to make weird, random and wacky sculptures. i loved learning about different clays and different techniques.

 

6 years on, I started pottery girl in August 2023. Now I am living my little dream (pinch me) working in a creative collaborative space at Suki Studio located in Warradale. I am so lucky to be surrounded by some amazing, creative and inspiring women.

 

I’m a maker and I love making for people, knowing my functional art is in somebody else’s company is the best feeling in the world.

I love making things and meeting people.. so that’s what pottery girl is all about! Let your creative side run wild and leave feeling inspired after a pottery workshop.​
