Is international shipping availible?
Yes. Postage is calculated at checkout and is dependant on the weight of the order and the country it is being sent to.
*please note that all orders are sent with mandatory signature on delivery. Taxes are not pre-handled and orders may incur specific import taxes. we are not responsible for any stolen or missing packages*
How do you pack your pieces to ensure they arrive safe and sound?
Pieces are carefully packed in a layer of hex wrap, then wrapped again in biodegradable tissue paper, popped into a box and surrounded by packing peanuts to ensure they arrive safe and sound.
What if my order arives broken?
whilst we do our best to ensure your item is packaged and delivered carefully, we understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please promptly email pottery.giirl@gmail.com.
It is important to include clear pictures showing the breakages as well as the condition of the packaging it was sent in.
Do you accept returns?
Since pottery girl items are handcrafted and limited edition, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
How do I care for my pottery?
Each pottery piece is uniquely designed and made to be love. Although each piece is undoubtbly durable it is best to handwash your piece to protect and preserve the colours of the glazes, it is also recommended to limit time in in the microwave.
Make sure you love your piece of functional art and use her often. <3
Do you offer private workshops?
Yes, if you would like your very own at home private workshop you can get in touch by enquiring here.
With a minimum of 8 people per private workshop and maximum of 25. It is perfect for birthdays, work events, hens parties and a fun girls night in.
I've done a workshop but when will my mug be ready to pickup?
Your mug will be ready within 3-6 weeks post workshop. You will be emailed with time slots to come and Pick up your piece.
Mugs will be kept for 3 months after booking! so make sure you pick up your piece within the 3 months.
Can I cancel my workshop booking?
If you are unable to attend your class and need to cancel a booking, please email pottery.giirl@gmail.com asap.
What if my workshop mug breaks?
Whilst we do our best to ensure your item is put through the kiln process as carefully as possible, we understand that accidents can happen during the process. With a 98% success rate of things going through the process smoothly, these things can happen.
In the unlikely event that your item breaks completely, you will still get to keep a mug , however it might not be the one you make depending on the conditions of the mug.
